We are happy to accept cash, but prefer payment  by credit/debit cards. Payment for treatment is expected on the day that treatment is provided. Payment in advance is acceptable.

Where treatments involve outside agencies, e.g. laboratory fees for crown and denture work, and involve more than one appointment to complete, 50% payment will be required on the first visit in order to cover those agencies fees.

This applies to both the Adult and Children’s Price Lists for treatment.

NB THESE PRICES ARE APPLICABLE FOR OUR REGULAR PATIENTS, AND WE WOULD EXPECT THAT THEY ATTEND FOR ROUTINE EXAMINATIONS, AT LEAST ONCE IN ANY TWO-YEAR PERIOD. IF A PATIENT HAS NOT ATTENDED FOR THAT PERIOD OF TIME, THEIR RECORDS WILL BE ARCHIVED. SHOULD THEY WISH TO RETURN TO US,  THEY WILL BE MOST WELCOME. WE CAN RE-RGISTER THEM EASILY, AS WE WOULD A "NEW PATIENT", AND THEY WOULD BE  CHARGED INITIALLY AS A "NEW PATIENT."

IF A PATIENT DOES NOT WISH TO ATTEND ROUTINELY, AND JUST ATTEND WHEN IN PAIN, FOR INSTANCE, THEN THEY WILL BE CHARGED AS AN OCCASIONAL PATIENT - THE FEES FOR THESE TREATMENTS WILL BE EXPLAINED WHEN THEY ATTEND, DEPENDENT UPON WHAT IS REQUIRED.
